Our studio developed a long-term relationship with Eastern Fuel because of our seamless collaboration and shared vision. What began as a brand audit evolved into a holistic rebrand that transformed the company’s entire identity. Through design forensics, we honored the deep-rooted history of this family-run business, established in 1860, by modernizing its outdated style while preserving every iteration of its past designs. The result is a contemporary brand identity that resonates with today’s younger homeowners moving into Eastern Fuel’s delivery region. Beyond design, we built their first martech stack and executed a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy—integrating a marketing CRM with an industry-specific ERP, launching email campaigns, managing social media, implementing SMS marketing, and deploying geo-targeted social ads.
